Installed Building Products is seeking a skilled Waterproofer Installer to join our Alpha team on construction sites. This role emphasizes high-quality workmanship, safety, and consistency across projects.

You will install membranes, sealants, coatings, and drainage systems, read blueprints, operate hand and power tools, and coordinate with trades. A high school diploma and safety certifications are preferred; physical stamina and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Familiar with waterproofing products and systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and installation instructions.
• Comfort working at heights and in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install waterproofing systems (membranes, sealants, coatings, drainage).
• Prepare surfaces (cleaning, priming, substrate checks).
• Read blueprints and manufacturer instructions.
• Safely use hand and power tools.
• Maintain quality and safety compliance.
• Inspect and service installed systems.
• Coordinate with other trades and stakeholders.
• Keep accurate records of work and materials.
