Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; trade certification is a plus.
• Familiar with waterproofing products and systems (e.g., Sika, Tremco, Henry).
• Able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment (50 lbs or more).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• OSHA 10/30 certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Install waterproofing systems including membranes, sealants, coatings, and drainage.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, priming, and ensuring proper substrate conditions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
• Perform inspections and maintenance on installed systems.
• Coordinate with other trades and project stakeholders.
• Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.
