Deluxe Waterproofing & Caulking, Inc. is seeking a Waterproofing & Caulking Technician in Pompano Beach, FL to install, apply, and maintain waterproofing systems on buildings and structures.

The role supports field operations, with safety protocols and on-the-job training available. Experience in waterproofing, caulking, or construction is preferred but not required.

All wages are paid hourly based on skill and experience, with opportunities to advance across Florida projects.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Apply waterproofing membranes, coatings, sealants to roofs, balconies, foundations, and other structures.
• Perform caulking duties sealing joints, windows, expansion joints and control joints.
• Conduct prep work such as surface cleaning and crack repairs.
• Conduct water tests to verify waterproofed surfaces.
• Maintain tools and equipment and follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve on-site issues and ensure timely project completion.
