Crown Roofing & Waterproofing in South Florida seeks a Waterproofing Superintendent to manage commercial waterproofing projects in the Miami, Pompano Beach area. Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction and/or waterproofing experience.
• Experience supervising waterproofing crews or commercial construction projects.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Able to travel locally throughout the Miami/Pompano Beach/South Florida market.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for commercial waterproofing projects.
• Lead and supervise waterproofing crews, laborers, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules.
• Review plans, specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
• Ensure waterproofing installations meet manufacturer, project, and quality standards.
• Monitor labor and material usage to keep projects on or below budget.
• Conduct regular jobsite inspections and identify potential problems before they impact the project.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades.
• Troubleshoot field conditions, installation issues, and design discrepancies.
• Enforce company safety requirements and applicable OSHA standards.
• Ensure employees use required PPE and follow safe work practices.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, photos, and other project documentation.
• Track project progress and communicate schedule or production concerns.
• Assist with material selection and ensure materials are available when needed.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and project stakeholders.
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

We are seeking an experienced Waterproofing Superintendent to oversee commercial waterproofing projects throughout the Miami and Pompano Beach/South Florida area.

This is a hands-on field leadership position for someone who understands waterproofing systems, knows how to manage crews and subcontractors, and can keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and within budget.

Candidates must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish and have previous construction and waterproofing experience.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of construction and/or waterproofing experience
• Previous experience supervising waterproofing crews or commercial construction projects
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Strong knowledge of commercial waterproofing systems, materials, membranes, coatings, sealants, and installation methods
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and blueprints
• Strong leadership and crew-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple jobs, priorities, and deadlines
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Working knowledge of construction safety requirements and OSHA standards
• Comfortable using construction management software, scheduling tools, email, and Microsoft Office
• Must complete OSHA 30 within the first 90 days of employment
• Valid Florida driver's license and acceptable driving record required
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the Miami/Pompano Beach/South Florida market
