Deluxe Waterproofing & Caulking, Inc. is seeking a skilled Waterproofing Technician to install and apply waterproofing and sealant systems on construction projects, supporting foremen and superintendents to ensure high-quality results.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience, physical endurance, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a drug screen. You will work with field tools, follow OSHA safety rules, and communicate via DeluxeField for reporting and timekeeping.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in waterproofing or related construction trade.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks safely.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Smartphone required for timekeeping and coordination in field app.
• Must pass a drug screening.
• Team-oriented with strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Install a wide range of waterproofing systems (sheet-, fluid-, cementitious coatings).
• Perform caulking and joint sealant applications ( polyurethane and silicone ).
• Assist with material prep, mixing, cleanup, and organizing work areas.
• Follow safety protocols, including OSHA and fall protection.
• Report daily with foremen and office via DeluxeField for timekeeping and documentation.
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools.
• Uphold Deluxe’s reputation for quality workmanship and professionalism on every project.
