Qualifications

• 1+ year of waterproofing or general construction experience.
• Carpentry experience preferred but not required.
• Strict adherence to safety and fall protection rules.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or elevated areas.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Apply silicone and polyurethane sealants with a 20oz sausage gun (clean finish)
• Perform expansion joint control, dampproofing, and concrete repair
• Install below-grade waterproofing systems (bentonite, sheet applied, cementitious)
• Apply sheet- and fluid-applied systems — both hot and cold
• Install drainage, protection materials, and water-repellent coatings
• Support project set-up, cleanup, and site safety
