You will apply sealants around joints, windows, and penetrations, prepare surfaces, and maintain a safe worksite on active construction sites in varied weather conditions. Reliable transportation and attendance are essential.

Experienced Finish Caulker – Waterproofing

We are hiring experienced Finish Caulkers to join our Waterproofing team. We are looking for skilled caulkers who take pride in producing clean, professional finished work. This is not an entry-level position — previous finish caulking experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional finish caulking on commercial and residential projects
• Apply sealants around joints, windows, doors, expansion joints, penetrations, and other building components
• Remove and replace existing caulking and sealants as needed
• Properly prepare and clean surfaces before application
• Produce clean, consistent, finished caulk lines
• Follow project specifications and manufacturer requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements

Requirements
