Six Flags Great Adventure in New Jersey seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to organize, train, and lead a technical staff across theme park, safari, and waterpark operations. You will implement preventive maintenance programs, schedule repairs, and ensure safety and reliability in line with manufacturer requirements.

The role requires strong problem-solving, team-building, and the ability to read mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings, coordinate with engineering, and oversee parts

Qualifications

• Must understand mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to plan, organize and train a maintenance team.
• Experience with safety and OSHA training for large groups.
• Ability to coordinate with engineering and management.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure safe operations.
