Qualifications

• Must have proven problem-solving and team-building abilities.
• Experience organizing, training and supervising a technical staff.
• Ability to schedule work, repair, and maintenance of machines and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and various projects.
• Coordinate communications for assignments and events.
• Interpret mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic drawings and plans.
• Identify replacement parts and obtain bids.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment using test data and schematics.
• Recommend modifications to maintenance procedures based on performance data.
• Train staff on safety protocols and procedures.
