Six Flags White Water is seeking a skilled and dynamic Waterpark Maintenance Manager to lead the Maintenance Operations department. You will oversee maintenance, construction, and rehab of park facilities, attractions and rides, ensuring reliable operations and guest safety.

This full-time role requires at least five years of supervisory experience in a water-park setting, knowledge of OSHA standards, familiarity with Maximo, and the ability to manage budgets and collaborate across park teams.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a water park maintenance department.
• Active Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license.
• Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations.
• Experience with Maximo or similar Enterprise Asset Management systems.
• Experience across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and related trades.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Maintenance Department to deliver a broad range of activities including facilities maintenance, preventative maintenance, and rehab of structures and equipment.
• Oversee HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, roadways and water attractions.
• Ensure water quality program aligns with pool standards set by health authorities.
• Maintain ride inspection programs per Six Flags, manufacturers, ASTM and state standards.
• Enforce Six Flags and OSHA safety standards for guests and staff.
• Schedule and oversee projects; manage department budget and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, In-Park Service, Operations, Sales and HR on initiatives.
• Provide leadership, coaching and development for the Maintenance Team.
• Assist with capital projects and new construction; participate in on-call leadership rotations.
