Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Mashantucket, CT is hiring lifeguards to ensure guest safety at our waterpark attractions. This role emphasizes vigilant supervision, rapid response to emergencies, and delivering friendly service to all guests.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 16 years old (15 for some aquatics roles).
• Ability and willingness to achieve Certification in First Aid, CPR and Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training.
• Successful completions of criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervises swimmers and guests during park hours and events.
• Responds to emergencies in assigned zone.
• Administers first aid as necessary.
• Enforces waterpark rules and safety procedures.
• Provides customer service to guests.
