Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is hiring a Lifeguard in Mason, Ohio. The role focuses on supervising swimmers, responding to emergencies, and enforcing waterpark rules to keep guests safe and enjoying their visit.

The position offers training provided on the job, a minimum age of 16 (15 for some aquatics roles), and opportunities to earn First Aid, CPR, and Ellis Lifeguard certifications. Flexible scheduling is available to fit various needs.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 16 years of age (15 for some lifeguard roles).
• Willingness to achieve First Aid, CPR and Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training certifications.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and provides surveillance of swimmers and guests during park hours, events, and training sessions.
• Responds to emergency situations in the assigned zone.
• Administers and coordinates emergency first aid as necessary.
• Enforces the rules and regulations of the waterpark and communicates unsafe conditions.
• Provides exceptional customer service to guests in a polite and expedient manner.
• Performs daily routine chores and maintenance of the waterpark to keep it neat and orderly.
