Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Willing to achieve First Aid, CPR and Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and provides surveillance of swimmers and guests during park hours, events, and trainings.
• Responds to emergency situations in the assigned zone.
• Coordinates emergency communication outside the assigned zone.
• Administers and coordinates first aid as necessary.
• Enforces the waterpark rules and safety regulations.
• Provides excellent guest service and maintains a neat and orderly park appearance.
• Performs daily maintenance to ensure a clean waterpark environment.
