Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.
• 2+ years of experience in aquatics operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and supervising lifeguards.
• Manage lifeguards in assigned area and enforce established rules.
• Handle supervisory tasks including conflict resolution and coaching.
