Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is hiring a Waterpark Lifeguard in the Wisconsin Dells area to monitor pools, enforce safety rules, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Open Interviews with referral bonuses are being held at multiple suites; candidates must be at least 15 and demonstrate a collaborative, service-oriented leadership approach.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of water park rides and park cleanliness.
• Communicate with guests about attraction requirements and safety concerns.
• Conduct water rescues and administering first aid or CPR as necessary.
• Stay alert and regularly inspect pools and slides for any hazards or safety risks.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a WaterparkLifeguard. In this role, you will be standing guard and saving lives as you enforce waterpark rules to maintain a safe and fun environment. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

September 19, 10am-12pm and 4pm-6pm: Suite A.

September 28, 10am-12pm and 4pm-6pm: Africa 50.

October 3, 10am-12pm and 4pm-6pm: Africa 50.
