Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive hotel management experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, payroll, labor management and financial reporting.
• Strong guest-service mindset and ability to lead and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all hotel departments and operations.
• Drive profitability through revenue, labor, expenses and departmental performance.
• Review financial statements, budgets, payroll and operating results; take corrective actions.
