Great Wolf Lodge in Washington state seeks a Park Services Attendant to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming waterpark areas. You will collect garbage, remove used towels, stock fresh towels, and help keep decks and restrooms pristine for guests.

This role offers flexible scheduling with opportunities for full-time, part-time, and seasonal shifts, and you will be part of a team that prioritizes guest satisfaction and safety while upholding Great Wolf's standards.

Formación

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or Holidays as needed.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.
• Strong customer service and oral communication skills.
• Previous experience with sanitation, laundry operations, and guest services.
• Previous experience with safe handling and utilization of chemicals according to instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness of pool area by collecting and disposing of garbage.
• Remove dirty towels from the pool area and stock with clean towels.
• Promote a safe and professional workplace by adhering to policies.
• Protect establishment and guests by ensuring cleanliness of waterpark and public spaces.
• Interact with guests by greeting, answering questions and responding to requests.
• Perform daily chore and maintenance tasks to keep decks and restrooms neat.
