Job summary

CRT is seeking an entry-level Waterjet Strip Operator to train in waterjet stripping of turbine engine components using a CNC robot. The role is based in a climate-controlled, modern facility with an extensive in-house training program.

You will work alongside experienced teammates, grow your skills, and take on additional responsibilities as your capabilities develop. A solid mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic shop math are required.

Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in manufacturing.
• Solid mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand step-by-step processes.
• Experience in or the demonstrated ability to use basic measuring devices, such as scales, micrometers, and calipers.
• Familiarity with general shop math.

Responsibilities

• Train in waterjet strip using a computer controlled CNC robot to remove coatings from turbine engine components.
• Work alongside experienced team members and gain skills with increasing responsibilities.
• The position operates in a climate-controlled, modern facility with extensive in-house training.
