Qualifications

• Operation and Control: manage equipment or system operations.
• Operation Monitoring: observe gauges and indicators to ensure proper machine function.
• Quality Control Analysis: conduct tests and inspections to evaluate quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and oversee automated printing processes for mat products.
• Perform startup, operation, and shutdown of automatic machines using software; conduct visual/manual inspections.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions to maintain production levels.
• Monitor product quality and dimensions to meet specifications; adjust as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping of machinery for efficient operations.
• Record production stops and provide explanations to supervisors for efficiency improvements.
• Ability to lift 30-40 lbs throughout shift.
