You will troubleshoot issues, monitor gauges, and maintain clean, safe equipment. The role requires clear English communication, understanding of materials and process controls, and the ability to lift 30-40 lbs during shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to comprehend written and verbal communication in English.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and methods for maximizing efficient manufacture.
• Operate and control manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Monitor operations: read gauges and indicators to ensure proper machine functioning.
• Maintain quality by inspecting products and processes for defects.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and oversee automated processes to print mat products.
• Perform startup, continuous operation, and shutdown of machines using software.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions to maintain production levels.
• Observe ongoing operation to ensure products meet specifications and prevent jams or defects.
• Measure and inspect products for surface and dimension conformity.
• Maintain cleanliness of machinery for efficient operations.
• Record production stops and provide explanations for efficiency improvements.
