Qualifications

• Required ability to comprehend written and verbal communication in English.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture of goods.
• Operation and Control: Controlling operations of equipment or systems.
• Operation Monitoring: Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
• Quality Control Analysis: Conducting tests and inspections of products or processes to evaluate quality or performance.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and oversee automated processes to print mat products.
• Technical operations: startup, continuous operation, and shutdown of automatic machines using operational software; perform visual/manual inspections.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions to maintain production levels.
• Observe continuous operation to ensure products meet specifications and detect jams or defects; measure and inspect surfaces.
• Housekeeping: maintain cleanliness of machinery for efficient operations.
• Record stops in production and report to supervisor for efficiency improvements.
