Job summary

High Tide, a waterfront dining spot at Brooklyn's Fulton Ferry Landing, is seeking a Server with high-volume restaurant experience. You will guide guests, input orders into the POS, and deliver friendly, attentive service to create memorable dining moments.

Responsibilities include taking orders accurately, maintaining cleanliness, collaborating with FOH/BOH, and ensuring timely service. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays and be of legal age to serve alcohol; pay is $11.35/hour

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Capable of standing and walking for long periods.
• Provide friendly, accurate service with guests.

Responsibilities

• Accurately take guests' orders and input into POS system while maintaining correct transaction records
• Comply with sanitation standards, hygiene, and health standards; observe safety protocols
• Effectively communicate guest needs with FOH/BOH and management
• Provide friendly, gracious, and attentive service to create a memorable dining experience
• Serve tables and coordinate with staff to ensure timely delivery
