Job summary

High Tide is seeking a Bartender with elevated, high-volume restaurant experience in Brooklyn, NY. You will be the first line of contact for guests, crafting beverages, taking orders, and helping deliver an exceptional dining experience while earning industry-leading tips.

The role requires a friendly, outgoing attitude, strong organization, and the ability to multi-task across busy shifts, including Sundays, with adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.
• Able to lift 30+ lbs and stand for long shifts.
• Must have Sunday availability and flexible schedule.
• Be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Take guests' orders accurately and input into POS system.
• Craft and serve beverages according to recipes and guidelines.
• Communicate guest needs with FOH/BOH and management.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and provide recommendations on request.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and liquor laws.
• Present a neat and professional appearance.
• Set up and break down station for each service.
• Provide friendly, guest-focused, and attentive service.
