Job summary

High Tide in Brooklyn is seeking a General Manager with elevated, high-volume restaurant experience to lead our waterfront hangout. You will be the ambassador to our community, oversee both FOH and BOH operations, and drive exceptional guest experiences while safeguarding profitability.

As a hands-on leader, you will manage staffing, training, safety protocols, scheduling, and daily financials, including budgeting and P&L oversight.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a General Manager role with $3M+ annual revenue.
• Experience leading 30+ hourly employees in a high-volume restaurant.
• Proven ability to recruit and train assistant GMs and delegate tasks.
• Strong knowledge of back-of-house operations and kitchen relations.
• Experience opening new restaurants.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations and uphold service standards.
• Lead FOH and BOH teams with a focus on safety and guest experience.
• Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and staffing budgets.
