Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for the Delta Hotel by Marriott Virginia Beach Waterfront. You will supervise daily front desk operations, maximize guest satisfaction, hire/train staff, manage guest requests, and ensure smooth front desk processes.

You will implement company programs, lead Guest Service Agents, handle emergencies, maintain attendance, and collaborate with other departments.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Able to communicate well with guests and coworkers.
• Team-oriented with willingness to pitch in and help.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the Front Desk to maximize revenues and guest satisfaction.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance, and address disciplinary matters.
• Respond to guest requests and accommodate groups to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Implement programs and supervise Front Desk operations per SOPs and LSOPs.
• Supervise Guest Service Agents and resolve issues calmly during emergencies.
• Maintain attendance, be available to work regularly, and perform other duties as assigned.
