Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc. is seeking a Waterfront Growth Leader to drive CE&R expansion in the Northeast. You will lead growth, secure key client relationships, oversee grant activities, and deliver complex waterfront projects across municipal, state, and private sectors.

The role requires deep waterfront engineering knowledge, 10+ years of experience, and strong leadership with a track record in business development and strategic program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Coastal Science, Marine, Construction or Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience, with 5+ years in strategic leadership or market development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth and strategic positioning of our CE&R practice in the tristate area.
• Identify, secure, and manage key client relationships across municipal, state, federal and private sectors.
• Oversee grant identification, funding strategy, and grant writing for major waterfront projects.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver waterfront and marina developments, including feasibility studies and design.
• Provide mentorship to a multidisciplinary staff and foster collaboration and growth.
