Job summary

Watco Transloading, LLC seeks an experienced Waterfront Crane Operator in Houston, TX, to join a growing team at the port terminal. You will operate crawler or mobile harbor cranes, moving customer product through the terminal and assisting with deck work as needed.

Starting pay is $32.00 per hour, with shifts that include day, night, and weekends. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to Watco procedures and standards.

Qualifications

• Fl exibility to work days, nights, weekends as needed.
• Read, write and communicate in English and basic math.
• Understand Watco Safety Principles and follow procedures.
• Work with a team and take direction to meet safety and performance standards.
• Must pass reporting, testing, and certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate crawler crane or mobile harbor crane to move product in port and terminal.
• Move product to barges, railcars, trucks, or storage while ensuring safety.
• Perform general labor and deck hand duties as needed.
• Participate in safety briefings and maintain documentation.
• Support routine procedures and line-of-sight operations for crane use.
