Brunswick’s Freedom Boat Club is seeking a part-time Boatcierge to greet guests, assist with reservations and provide local area guidance at our marina locations. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and a friendly, professional demeanor in an outdoor marine setting.

Responsibilities include operating handheld tablets, answering calls, and maintaining logs and weather reports while ensuring guests have a seamless water‑based experience.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read and operate handheld tablets and communicate by phone.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests according to standards.
• Anticipate and address guest needs.
• Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Answer calls with proper etiquette.
• Navigate the reservation system on a handheld device.
• Prepare daily logs for reservations, fuel and weather.
