Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, coordinates, and supervises all activities within the Financial Division for Water Works;
• Prepares, defends, and administers Water Works budget;
• Advises the Water Works Director and senior management on funding status and funds availability;
• Develops policies and procedures to increase efficiency and oversees implementation;
• Oversees the Capital Improvement Program budget development and funding.
