Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Six or more years of related experience in budgeting, auditing, accounting operations.
• CPA or MBA; CPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and supervises all activities of the Financial Division for Water Works.
• Prepares and administers Water Works budget.
• Acts as CFO/Controller and supports Water Works Director.
