Jobot is seeking a senior leader to head a water/wastewater team within our established engineering practice. The role focuses on mentoring staff, expanding project work, and strengthening client relationships across public-infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in water/wastewater engineering, a Civil Engineering degree, and a PE license. You will guide projects, ensure technical excellence, and partner with executives to drive strategic growth.

With more than seven decades of continuous operation, the firm provides planning, design, and construction‑phase services to municipalities, utilities, and institutional clients across the Upper Midwest and neighboring regions. Its work primarily supports water, wastewater, stormwater, transportation, and related civil infrastructure systems, with an emphasis on long‑term reliability and regulatory compliance.
