Jobot, an employee-owned engineering firm, seeks a seasoned water/wastewater engineer in Green Bay, WI. This role combines technical leadership with project oversight and client-facing responsibilities on infrastructure projects spanning planning to execution.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in water/wastewater engineering, strong regulatory coordination, CAD proficiency, and a track record in cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering (Environmental, Civil, Mechanical, Chemical)
• At least seven years of progressive experience supporting water or wastewater projects
• Strong understanding of treatment processes, hydraulic principles, and permitting coordination
• Working knowledge of structural design fundamentals, applicable codes, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in CAD tools and common engineering software platforms
• Ability to independently assess engineering challenges and apply established methods
• Ability to collaborate across teams and locations, balancing technical and interpersonal communication
• Experience working directly with clients and supporting long-term relationships
• Exposure to business development activities within water or wastewater
• Participation in technical committees or professional associations preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership on water/wastewater projects from planning through execution
• Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget with client-facing accountability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations
• Support business development and client relationship growth
• Ensure regulatory compliance and permit coordination
• Mentor junior staff and promote technical excellence
