• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.

• Strong client relationships within Illinois municipalities or local agencies.
• Proven ability to support or lead business development efforts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-facing mindset.
• Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid environment while supporting regional projects.
