The City of Webster's Public Works Department seeks a reliable team player for the Distribution & Collection Systems Specialist I to maintain the City's utility services by monitoring water and sewer systems. This position requires occasional on-call duties in the evenings and on weekends.

Minimum qualifications include over 1 year of relevant experience and a Texas Class C Driver's License, with preferred Class D Water and Wastewater Operator Licenses; candidate must obtain Class D licenses

Formación

• Work requires basic vocational/technical knowledge with over 1 year of relevant experience.
• Must be able to obtain Texas Class "D" Water and Wastewater licenses within 6 months after hire.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain city water and sewer systems and monitor utilities.
• Respond in emergencies and assist in on-call situations during evenings and weekends.
• Interface with City employees and citizens to support utility services.

Conocimientos

Water & wastewater ops experience

Educación

Driver’s license (Texas Class C)

Class D Water & Wastewater Licenses (preferred)
