Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years’ progressive supervisory experience in water/wastewater maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Valid Florida driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of repair and maintenance work.
• Lead preventive maintenance program development and implementation.
• Manage budgets, costs, and contract activities.
• train and supervise staff; monitor schedules and workloads.
• Maintain records for equipment utilization and maintenance costs.
