Job summary

Pasco County is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to provide supervisory and technical oversight for planning, scheduling, and maintenance of potable water, wastewater, biosolids, and reclaimed water systems.

You will develop detailed work plans, manage CMMS data, forecast costs, supervise staff, and coordinate with contractors to ensure timely, cost-effective repairs and preventive maintenance across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma and 5 years progressively responsible supervisory experience in water/wastewater field.
• Associate degree highly preferred.
• Must possess valid Florida driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, scheduling, and prioritization of maintenance work.
• Develop, implement, and maintain preventive maintenance programs.
• Lead field visits and supervise staff; train subordinates.
