RK&K is seeking a Structural Project Manager to lead a team on municipal infrastructure projects in the Baltimore area. You will oversee structural scope from concept through construction, mentoring engineers and coordinating with multi-disciplinary leads and clients.

Qualifications

• PE license required.
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience, especially in environmental facilities and buildings.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering scope for environmental and building projects from concept through construction.
• Prepare analyses, calculations, specs, and contract documents.
• Manage budgets, hours, milestones, and proposals; mentor engineers.
• Coordinate with discipline leads and prime PMs to resolve constructability constraints.
• Oversee site investigations, condition assessments, and structural repairs for facilities.
