Job summary

You will mentor staff, coordinate bid processes, prepare reports, and present to City Council.

Qualifications

• Seven years of related work experience in engineering or construction management.
• Professional Engineer licensure or equivalent preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Prefers knowledge in water and wastewater projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, assign work, monitor progress, and evaluate performance.
• Provide expert technical advice to consultants, engineers, City officials, and the public.
• Assist planning and administration of division objectives; identify and prioritize projects.
• Coordinate public relations and education activities; present to City Council.
• Manage project matters; coordinate budgets, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate bid processes and contract awards and ensure compliance.
