The role balances project delivery with business development, requiring a CA PE license, ABET-accredited degree, and a proven track record on large water/wastewater programs. The successful candidate will oversee technical oversight, client relations, and team mentoring, while ensuring projects stay on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering from ABET accredited program.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in California.
• 10+ years of water/wastewater project experience.
• Excellent technical writing skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage projects within Ardurra’s West Practice.
• Support business development and write proposals in a team environment.
• Archive final deliverable documents, including construction phase services.
• Experience in water/wastewater project delivery including conveyance design and pumping stations.
• Mentor and develop engineers and support staff.
