Ideal candidate has 8+ years in water/wastewater engineering, a PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months), and a degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of water and wastewater engineering with at least 3 years in project management
• PE license preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering; Master’s preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects including treatment plants, pipelines, pumping stations, and collection/distribution systems
• Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, scopes, and deliverables to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, contractors, and support staff
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and construction documents for clients and stakeholders
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Support business development by identifying opportunities and participating in client meetings
• Mentor and guide junior team members
