You will plan, direct, and manage capital projects for municipalities and public agencies, ensuring on-budget and on-schedule delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction.

The role requires a CA-licensed PE and 10+ years in water/wastewater, with strong technical writing, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in California.
• 10+ years of water and wastewater project experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects, clients, staff and execute capital projects.
• Assist with business development activities and write proposals in a team environment.
• Archive final deliverables, including construction phase services.
• Oversee conveyance design, wastewater treatment, and related infrastructure.
• Mentor and develop engineers and support staff.
