Tetra Tech seeks a Project Manager - Water/Wastewater (PE) to lead delivery of water, wastewater, stormwater, and civil infrastructure projects in Ann Arbor, MI, from planning through design and execution, directing technical teams and engaging clients.

You will mentor staff, ensure compliance with standards and regulations, and coordinate with internal design teams while travel of about 15% is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 5+ years of experience managing water/wastewater infrastructure projects
• Experience with hydraulic modeling and civil design tools (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to travel periodically (approximately 15% or more)

Responsabilidades

• Lead the preparation of engineering reports, design documents, and technical specifications.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources across multidisciplinary teams.
• Serve as lead engineer on stormwater and wastewater projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and high-quality delivery.
• Mentor and develop junior engineering staff.
• Ensure adherence to standard engineering practices and documentation requirements.
• Evaluate evolving water, wastewater, and stormwater regulations and assess municipal impacts.
• Provide technical support related to resiliency and sustainability design elements.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications and coordinate closely with internal design teams.
