Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients and subcontractors.
• Plan, monitor, and control scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate with estimating, pre-construction, and operations teams.
• Prepare schedules, proposals, and cost forecasts.
• Negotiate contracts and vendor orders.
• Lead client meetings to report progress.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Oversee delivery of major materials and equipment.
• Supervise crews ensuring safety and schedule.
• Maintain project records and update schedules.
• Support safety programs and project closeout.
