Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration in the state of employment, or ability to be registered with reciprocity.
• 8+ years of experience in water/wastewater collection, distribution, pumping, storage and treatment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit; hydraulic modeling software a plus.
• Adaptable and entrepreneurial with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager and technical resource for water and wastewater projects, managing budgets, schedules, and risk on assigned projects.
• Support project delivery from kickoff through closeout with quality and on-time, on-budget execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while pursuing new opportunities.
• Support development of statements of qualifications, proposals, and presentations for business development.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute work using traditional and alternative delivery methods.
• Mentor and develop junior engineering staff in design and project delivery.
