Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer license in state of employment or reciprocity acceptable.
• 8+ years of water/wastewater project experience across collection, distribution, pumping, storage and treatment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bluebeam and/or MicroStation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager and technical resource for water and wastewater projects, managing budgets, schedules, and risk on assigned projects.
• Support project delivery from kickoff through closeout, ensuring quality and strong client experiences with on-time, on-budget execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while pursuing new opportunities.
• Support development of statements of qualifications, proposals, and presentations for business development efforts.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute work using traditional and alternative project delivery methods.
• Mentor and develop junior engineering staff in design and project delivery.
