Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager in Arizona to lead infrastructure projects from concept through construction.

The role demands 8+ years PM experience, a PE license or ability to obtain, strong hydraulics knowledge, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Flexible work options include Phoenix, Gilbert/Chandler, or Goodyear/Tolleson offices with potential AZ-wide remote option.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience including project management.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration in AZ or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Strong technical skills in hydraulics; experience with water/wastewater infrastructure.
• Experience in water distribution and wastewater facilities planning and design.

Responsibilities

• Manages water/wastewater infrastructure projects from concept through final design, construction, and startup.
• Oversees an engineering team in producing construction documents for water booster stations, storage facilities, treatment facilities, wells, and mains.
• Responsible for quality control, schedules, budgets, and oversight of plan production.
• Prepares construction documents, including plans, design reports, and specifications.
• Prepares water/wastewater planning documents, including hydraulic models and studies.
• Coordinates with team members, utilities, municipalities, consultants, and clients.
• Manages project billing, proposals, and client satisfaction.
• Provides construction phase engineering support including submittals, RFIs, and startup/commissioning.
