Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Heavy Civil/Industrial Project Manager for water and wastewater construction in Phoenix, AZ. You will oversee complex water/wastewater projects, manage budgets, schedules, and teams of engineers and contractors to deliver on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in heavy civil construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of local regulations and safety standards. Competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in heavy civil/industrial construction.
• Proven success delivering water/wastewater and pump station projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee water and wastewater and pump station construction from initiation to completion.
• Lead engineers, contractors, and other professionals across all project phases.
• Prepare, review, and update plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with goals.
• Coordinate construction from design to final build, ensuring compliance with specs.
• Manage and resolve issues, document changes, and communicate with stakeholders.
