Job summary

Clark Construction is seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to join our leadership team directing day-to-day project management on active construction sites in Atlanta. You will create detailed plans, manage scope, schedule, and resources, and coordinate with owners, design firms, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.

You will support the Senior Project Manager, drive safety on site, and develop the project team while delivering on time and within budget through proactive risk

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction experience required; experience with a general contractor on large-scale projects preferred.
• 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating project teams.
• Understanding of the strategic, operational, and financial components of a construction project.
• Ability to make timely and effective decisions and manage risk.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish and building relationships with owners and trade contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate project meetings and communicate with owners, design firms, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress.
• Support Senior Project Manager and drive safety culture on site.
• Prepare monthly status reports and manage project close-out, turnover, and final payments.
• Assist in proposals and business development through presentations.
