Job summary

Haley Ward seeks a Project Manager in Bangor, ME to plan, organize, design, and control project activities for municipal water and wastewater systems. You will lead teams to meet schedules, budgets and QA/QC requirements, focusing on pipelines, pump stations, and treatment facilities.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering, a PE license, and at least 10 years of project management experience, with strong AutoCAD and Civil 3D skills. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required, Civil preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum of 10 years of related industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, design, and control project activities.
• Lead design for water/wastewater pipelines and facilities.
• Coordinate permitting, construction, and cross-team work.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and QA/QC policy constraints.
• Mentor engineers, technicians and designers; manage tasks.
