We are seeking a Water & Wastewater Project Manager to grow our Process Engineering team in our St. Clairsville, OH or Wheeling, WV offices. The successful candidate will use their expertise and technical knowledge in planning, design, construction, and client service to successfully execute water, wastewater, and stormwater related infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and direct design/technical development of infrastructure projects within water/wastewater/stormwater including supply, storage, collection, and distribution, treatment, and pumping/conveyance systems from planning and design through construction completion.
2. Deliver projects to meet budgets and schedules while satisfying client performance expectations.
3. Prepare construction documents including plans and specifications.
4. Develop project cost estimates and schedules.
5. Provide supervision and technical guidance to design engineers and technical staff.
6. Coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
7. Support or lead proposal development and strategic client pursuits.
8. Manage client relationships.
9. Attend meetings with municipal officials, engineers, developers, permitting agencies, and contractors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater/stormwater planning, design, and construction as a lead engineer or project manager.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing project delivery, prioritization, and mentoring.
• Current PE license in OH or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Excellent technical skills in water/wastewater/stormwater practices.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus.
